Campari’s Wild Turkey Distillery atop Wild Turkey Hill in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, overlooking the Kentucky River. Official visitor materials emphasize grain selection (corn, barley and rye), barrel aging in seven-story rickhouses and tastings of Wild Turkey bourbon and rye. A renovated visitor center inspired by a Kentucky tobacco-barn silhouette hosts tours covering distilling tradition, memorabilia and the gift shop. Part of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail®. Open Wednesday–Saturday 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. and Sunday 12:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.; closed Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day and New Year’s Eve/Day.
