Vertical whisky distillery on Edinburgh’s Leith harbour waterfront at 11 Whisky Quay, next to the Royal Yacht Britannia. It describes itself as the world’s tallest distillery, with milling and mashing at the top leading down to distillation. The building opened to the public in October 2023; production began in January 2024.
