Official materials present Nelson’s Green Brier as a resurrection of an 1860 family recipe—first bottled again since 1909—led by Andy and Charlie Nelson (descendants of the founder). The campus offers daily tours and tastings, a mercantile/gift shop, distillery bar and a restaurant (lunch Wednesday–Saturday; Sunday brunch). Published hours: tours & tasting Sunday–Thursday 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Friday–Saturday 11:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
