Built in 1960 by four entrepreneurial Scots to make accessible-quality single malt; bottled as The Deveron. Official copy says it was the first gravity-fed Scotch whisky distillery to use shell-and-tube condensers. Age-stated expressions (e.g. 10 and 12 Year Old) are noted for apple, toffee, vanilla and creamy oak flavours.
