Heaven Hill Distillery’s primary Kentucky Bourbon Trail® visitor campus at 1311 Gilkey Run Road, Bardstown. Official materials describe immersive tours and tastings, interactive exhibits, Five Brothers Bar & Kitchen and retail, plus shuttle access to the newer Heaven Hill Springs Distillery for behind-the-scenes production tours (visitors do not drive directly to Springs). Heaven Hill is one of America’s largest family-owned distilled spirits companies; brands associated with the portfolio include Evan Williams, Elijah Craig and others. Bourbon Experience hours: Monday–Saturday 9:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Sunday 1:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
