One of Scotland’s smallest malt whisky distilleries, set on Daftmill Farm near Cupar in Fife. It uses its own farm-grown barley and water from its own artesian well. Releases are limited; the first was a 2005 Inaugural Release in June 2018, followed by seasonal Summer and Winter bottlings and later age-statement releases.
