Scotland’s most northerly mainland whisky distillery, opened in September 2022 in John O’Groats by founders Kerry and Derek Campbell. The name refers to the legend of Jan De Groot and his eight-sided house. While its own single malt matures, it sells Seven Sons whiskies and Five Ways liqueur; tours and a whisky lounge are open seven days a week from 10am.
