Westland emphasizes Washington ingredients and regional terroir—flagship expressions use roasted malts and New American oak, with specialty finishes in local wine and beer casks and Garryana oak projects. The tasting room and bottle shop offer tastings, drinks, small bites and booked distillery tours. Hours: Thursday–Friday 1:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m., Saturday 12:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m., Sunday 12:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.; closed Monday–Wednesday.
