Farmstead distillery near St Andrews in the East Neuk of Fife, in a restored B-listed steading dating to the 1800s. The Wemyss family opened it on St Andrew’s Day 2014; first whisky was laid down in March 2015. It crafts Lowland-style single malt from East Fife barley and also produces Darnley’s Gin; tours run seven days a week.
