Distillerie
Uile-bheist Distillery
Inverness, Scotland
Independent distillery and brewery on the banks of the River Ness in Inverness—the first new distillery built in Inverness for 130 years. The name is Scottish Gaelic for “monster” (pronounced Ewl-uh-Vesht). It uses advanced copper stills by Kaspar Schulz and draws energy from the River Ness. Tours, a taproom, restaurant and visitor experience are available.
