Highland single malt distillery in the Valley of Forgue, crafting whisky since 1826, founded by James Allardice. The house style is richly sherried: spirit matured in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso Spanish oak sherry casks selected from Andalucía. Tours, tastings and workshops are offered at the distillery.
