Self-built, family-run Orkney distillery founded in 2016, producing handcrafted gin, vodka, whisky and liqueurs. Named after the Parish of Deerness. Uses Portuguese copper alembic stills; in 2024 a dedicated still room and three new whisky stills were added, with whisky production beginning that year. Every product is made by hand on site.
