Highland single malt distillery on the Cawdor Estate near Nairn, home since 1812. Founded by Captain William Fraser; in 1833 it became the first Scotch to receive a Royal Warrant from King William IV, known as “The King’s Own Whisky.” The range is dedicated to finishing in sherry casks. The distillery is not open to the public for tours.
