States a lineage back to Littlemill (licensed from 1772) and an 1814 Loch Lomond site near Tarbet; the Bulloch family purchased the current distillery in 1985 after a silent period. It uses both swan-neck and straight-neck pot stills, peated and unpeated malt, and different cut points to produce multiple single malt styles from one site, plus an on-site grain distillery and cooperage.
