Milk & Honey (M&H) Distillery—Israel’s first whisky distillery, founded in 2013 in Tel Aviv. Official materials emphasise craft single malt under high heat (about 300 sunny days a year and roughly 12% annual angel’s share) with maturation across multiple Israeli regions. In March 2023, M&H Elements Sherry Cask was named World’s Best Single Malt at the World Whiskies Awards. The Tel Aviv visitor centre offers tours through production (copper stills, mash, casks) and tastings. Ranges include Classic, Elements, Apex, Art & Craft, Terroir and single casks.
